Notes about our rules
The primary payment method is through Gcash transfer.
We ship nationwide via LBC.
Pick-up is also available in Davao, Ecoland.
We don't accept reservations due to past issues with unpaid reserved items.
We follow a "Pay first, Get first" policy. Items are sold to those ready to make payment.
Shipping fees are paid by the buyer. LBC's Value Fee varies based on the item's price.
Free shipping is available for purchases of small items like lures, jigheads, and lines over 1500 pesos(except for sale items and directly from Japan items).
For larger items like reels, which may already be significantly discounted, shipping costs are on buyers shoulder.
COP or COD is available for items over 10,000 pesos. In this case, we require a shipping deposit of about 400 pesos via Gcash payment. This covers our costs if the buyer fails to pay on delivery and the item is returned. We refund after buyers successfully received the box.
We make several trips to Japan each year to purchase items.
For special orders from Japan, we require a 30% deposit before purchase. (We ask full payment if the purchase is less than P5000.)
We cannot refund the 30% deposit if a customer cancels their order after we have purchased the requested items.
Since there is no COD service for international shipping, we ask buyer to pay full amount before we make purchase in Japan.
We only ship items less than 150cm in length via international mail because of the postal service regulations. Estimated shipping cost is about 1000 pesos per kg. Any customs duties in the Philippines are the buyer's responsibility.
Free shipping offer is not applied to this special orders.
All products undergo quality inspection in both Japan and Davao. Items with functional issues are not imported from Japan. Any minor scratches or imperfections will be honestly documented with photos on the post.
Before shipping, we perform a final quality check and secure packaging. Any damage that occurs during shipping must be resolved between the shipping company and the buyer. Insurance is included in shipping costs.
We accept returns for newly purchased items only if they are unused. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be issued after inspection of the returned item.
We do not accept returns on used items under any circumstances. Additionally, to maintain our quality standards, we do not accept product swapping of any kind.
